Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by the Cœur Sacré restaurant, operated by [PLACEHOLDER — company name], located at [PLACEHOLDER — address].

1. Bookings

1.1 Bookings can be made online via our TheFork booking module or by telephone on 01 45 26 04 58. All bookings are made in a specific person’s name and require a full name, a valid telephone number and a valid email address.

1.2 For weekend evenings (Friday and Saturday) and Sunday brunch, a credit card imprint may be requested as a guarantee. No charge will be made at this stage.

1.3 Group bookings (10 people or more) are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of booking, including a set group menu and a deposit where applicable.

2. Cancellation and no-shows

2.1 Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking time. After this time, and in the event of a no-show (failure to attend without prior cancellation), a fixed charge of €30 per person may be debited from the credit card on file.

2.2 For group bookings or private hire, specific cancellation terms apply and are set out in the quotation or signed booking form.

2.3 The restaurant reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of force majeure (bad weather, technical issues, compulsory closure, etc.). In such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and any payment already received will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 The prices shown on the menu are in euros and include all taxes. Service is included for à la carte meals. For groups, events and private hire, prices are subject to a personalised quote.

3.2 The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, cash, and meal vouchers (up to €19 per person per day, in accordance with current regulations). Bank cheques are not accepted.

3.3 For private hire and events, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid no later than 7 days before the event.

4. Rules of Procedure

4.1 Appropriate attire is required. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whose attire, attitude or behaviour is deemed incompatible with the standard of service or is likely to disturb other guests.

4.2 Pets are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs.

4.3 In accordance with the regulations, smoking is prohibited indoors. Terraces are open to smokers unless otherwise stated.

5. Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer customer may refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer ombudsman: [PLACEHOLDER — Tourism and Travel Ombudsman: MTV, PO Box 80 303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17 — www.mtv.travel] or any other mediation body in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
